BIS.Project

The purpose of the BIS.Project module is to enable projects to be managed in the context of commercial corporate management. It allows dynamic monitoring of the project progress, project visualisation as well as cost planning and monitoring.

BIS.Alert

This Controlling Collaboration module takes care of event-oriented and targeted notifications when time-defined events occur or threshold values are exceeded for key figures, measures, tasks and risks (early warning indicators).

BIS.Network

The modular extension BIS.Network virtually maps the corporate and organisational structures. Processes for collaboration are optimised and employees are assisted with respect to process flows and organisation.

BIS.Documents

This Controlling Collaboration module allows relevant documents to be attached, historised and archived.

BIS.Monitoring

The BIS.Monitoring extension supports the administrator in mapping user rights. The module enables the chronological recording of user activities and documents the status of the planning process.

BIS.Search

The BIS.Search module facilitates full-text search, for instance by name, item number or value, in all reports and analyses and takes the user directly to the respective location.

BIS.Task

Detailed tasks are derived from projects, actions to be taken and other controlling modules. BIS.Task provides support for the management of these tasks in a simple and flexible manner.
