Partners with a focused orientation can tap new markets more quickly with the platform approach of evidanza. If a partner has specialist knowledge of an industry, they can make use of their industry expertise for Business Intelligence, planning or risk management on the basis of their core business. Partners with a functional orientation can scale this knowledge to expand into other areas via the platform and use modern, future-oriented technologies such as Software as a Service or Mobile Business Intelligence.
Standardised, proprietary solutions based on the evidanza BI platform
evidanza's platform is explicitly designed for mapping partners' know-how and expertise in certain markets and topics as independent solutions. Our partners offer their own Business Intelligence solutions by designing separate databases and reporting solutions for special vertical, industry-specific areas or horizontal, functional areas.
The partners' own products, such as special ERP solutions, can be supplemented and completed with Business Intelligence (up-selling). Furthermore, partners can present new products to their customers, whereby new areas can be brought to the market based on our platform (cross-selling).
Partners that have created industry solutions based on Microsoft Dynamics can benefit twice over with the evidanza platform. The specific Business Intelligence solution completes their original ERP product and through the integrated front end they can offer their customers a seamless solution without the borders between the software products being discernible.
Expandable development platform
Our partners can design new modules based on the evidanza framework and thereby not only supplement the solutions, but tap into completely new business areas.
evidanza offers its partners an excellent, innovative partner programme. The Partner Management Team exclusively supports the partners and works with them year after year on strategy and planning, helps with cultivating markets and optimises their expertise. The transparent remuneration model, which places successful clients at the centre and takes the contributions by both sides into account, gives the partner an additional direct advantage in addition to the sales potential. The evidanza partner model is adjusted depending on the partner’s circumstances, envisaging four basic business model versions:
Solution & Consulting Partner
Partners are classified under this heading if they are already marketing evidanza Business Intelligence independently, manage the sales process and, in particular, handle the provision of services. These partners see Business Intelligence as a core business or as one of their strategic business areas.
Reseller
Partners who focus on the identification of leads and the performance of the acquisition process, yet do not wish to develop the capacity for implementing projects, are classed as Resellers. The provision of services is handled by certified Solution and Consulting Partners in coordination with the Reseller.
OEM Partners
Partners with independent solutions for certain markets and functional areas can use our Business Intelligence platform in order to expand their solutions with individual modules or even comprehensively with Business Intelligence. With this business model, partners are authorised to sell such new solutions as their own and to implement them.
Distributor
For new markets in particular, evidanza uses the Distributor partner model. A Distributor independently develops the network of partners required for market cultivation and service provision in a new market (new in terms of geography or content). As a benefit, the Distributor receives extended possibilities regarding the commercial structure of its own partner network.
evidanza's partner programme allows its partners to grow and develop strategically. Through the certification programme, partners can expand their capacities, moving from the execution of smaller projects in the area of analysis to the implementation of complete Business Intelligence platforms. Similar development is also possible within the partner business model. If a partner elects initially to become a Reseller with the sale of solutions, they can later participate in the entire value-adding chain of a project as a Solution and Consulting Partner after having developed capacities for the provision of services.
