Strategic Consulting

When a partner wishes to set up a BI business unit, evidanza will offer extensive advice and support in the introduction and expansion of such a unit. These services start with the creation of the necessary capacities (evidanza assists its partners with a training programme designed explicitly for that purpose), with the integration of Business Intelligence into the sales process alongside the existing core competency of the partner and with the incorporation of Business Intelligence into the partner's entire value chain.

Partner Training and Development

evidanza offers an individual training programme that is explicitly oriented towards the requirements of the partner. The BIS.Academy was created for this extensive training programme. In addition to classic, technical and subject-oriented training, evidanza offers special training and workshops for the sales organisation of its partners. During these sessions, the special features of the Business Iintelligence sales process are linked to the core competencies of the partner, the arguments for successful sales processes are worked out in detail and guidelines for identifying business intelligence opportunities are created and taught.

Business Intelligence Methodology

evidanza offers its clients and partners its Business Intelligence action model including the corresponding tool for the implementation of projects. With this assistance, a project methodology specialising in Business Intelligence is made available to the project managers. The methodology contains a variety of templates and a workflow-supported tool for all project phases. Tool support via SharePoint is designed to also provide assistance after the go-live with handling subsequent expansion phases.

Operational Partner Support

The Partner Management staff are available as contacts for all administrative and legal questions as well as for the handling of orders. They support our partners intensively in taking care of leads and customer projects. New partners in particular gain the necessary experience step by step in the first few projects until they are eventually able to manage and support projects independently.

Market Presence and Lead Generation

evidanza actively supports its partners in market positioning as well as in market cultivation for lead generation. evidanza has established a market presence of its own, with which customers can be acquired. The following services are offered to allow partners to develop a market presence reflecting the link to evidanza and the focus on Business Intelligence:

  • Design of partner-specific communications about the uses and advantages of Business Intelligence platforms - not about individual functions or program components
  • Integration of evidanza solutions in the marketing and sales process - not only as an add-on but as a value-adding component of the core business
  • Assistance with positioning as a Business Intelligence provider in the market and identification of the unique selling points, specially tailored to the partner

 

Supported by the common market presence, targeted marketing is performed by evidanza's own Lead Factory, using off-line and online campaigns as well as tele-sales campaigns. The resulting leads are then forwarded to our certified partners and followed up jointly.

Sales Process

Opportunities and leads are followed up jointly with the partner. For this purpose, evidanza makes available dedicated consultants and sales professionals, who assist the partner in all phases of the sales cycle.
The Demo and Pilot Solutions team is specialised in the fast creation of consistently high-quality demo environments and pilots – either at the customer’s premises to provide convincing proof of the capabilities of the Business Intelligence platform or at the partner’s premises to provide them with an environment for presentations, training, creation of their own solutions or as a playground.
Our sales professionals can provide support to partners for specific issues, such as presentations on special topics, or take over the entire sales process, depending on the current need.

Service Provision

evidanza has expanded its Professional Service unit in order to be able to offer its partners support in all phases of project implementation, such as pre-sales, analysis, installation, implementation and training. For this purpose, we have assembled a team of specialists in date warehousing, system administration, management consulting, BIS. frontend, corporate planning and risk management consulting.

Partner Support

An experienced support team answers all types of queries from partners, whether they relate to internal projects or end customer care. Information is provided on all questions, from installation through the setting up of the data warehouse to the design of reports and analyses. Fast help and high quality are guaranteed through close collaboration with the development department.
